Allergy Testing & Evaluation
Accurate diagnosis is the foundation of effective treatment. We offer comprehensive allergy testing to identify environmental, food, medication, and contact allergies. Testing is tailored to each patient’s history and symptoms to ensure safe, reliable results and a clear path forward.
Environmental & General Allergy Testing
Skin and diagnostic testing to identify triggers such as pollen, dust mites, mold, and pet dander.
Food Allergy Testing
Careful evaluation and testing to confirm or rule out suspected allergies.
Pulmonary Function Testing
Breathing tests that assess lung function and help diagnose asthma or allergy-related respiratory conditions.
Chemical & Drug Patch Testing
Specialized patch testing to identify contact allergies to chemicals, fragrances, and medications.
Allergy Treatment Options
Once triggers are identified, we develop a personalized treatment plan focused on symptom control, long-term improvement, and safety. Our approach is structured, medically supervised, and designed to improve quality of life for both children and adults.

Allergy Injections (Immunotherapy)
Allergy shots that gradually reduce sensitivity to environmental allergens over time.
Drug Allergy Management
Evaluation for patients with confirmed or suspected medication allergies.
Penicillin Testing
Accurate testing to determine whether a true penicillin allergy exists, helping avoid unnecessary medication restrictions.
Medicine Challenges
Supervised medication exposure to confirm tolerance or evaluate suspected drug reactions.

Advancing care beyond avoidance
Food Allergy Treatment & Challenges
For many patients, avoidance alone isn’t enough. We provide advanced food allergy services that help clarify diagnoses and, when appropriate, increase tolerance through carefully monitored therapies.
One option we offer is sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT), which places small amounts of allergen under the tongue to retrain the immune system. Because SLIT uses only a fraction of the oral dose, adverse reactions are rare. Treatment involves only 5 office visits spaced 1–2 weeks apart, allowing most patients to reach a maintenance dose in less than two months.
Unlike oral immunotherapy (OIT), SLIT does not require a rest period before or after dosing and allows for flexible time-of-day administration. It is also significantly less expensive than OIT, with most costs billable to insurance. We offer SLIT for milk, egg, wheat, peanut, tree nuts, and sesame.
Oral Immunotherapy (OIT)
A structured, medically supervised treatment that gradually increases tolerance to specific food allergens.
Oral Food Challenges
Closely monitored in-office food exposure used to confirm or rule out food allergies safely.
Sublingual Immunotherapy (SLIT)
A lower-dose, medically supervised therapy that builds food tolerance through daily under-the-tongue drops.
